Do you have parking facilities?
We do not have our private parking facilities, however there is free public parking available within the immediate vicinity of Quayside Apartments, Marsaxlokk, Malta.

Is a deposit required to secure booking?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure booking. At the management's discretion this may be wholly or partially forfeited incase of cancelation. Remaining balance is due 15 days prior to arrival / Check-In date. 

Do you have a damages and breakages policy?
Quayside Apartments, Marsaxlokk, Malta reserves the right to charge you for any damages or breakages  as well as for any items which are found to be missing after your stay. 

Pre-authorization (per apartment) will be applied to your debit/credit card on Check-In date.

Is there a minimum booking age?
The person affecting booking or in who’s name booking is being registered should be 18 years or over. Guest/s Checking In at Quayside Apartments, Marsaxlokk, Malta under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

What is the Check-In time and is it possible to Check-In and / or Check-Out early?
Apartments are usually available between 14:00hrs – 16:00hrs. However, should the apartment be available, you are welcomed to Check-In early. Alternatively, you may deposit your luggage with us and then Check-In later.

Early Check-Out is not an issue.

Is it possible to Check-In and / or Check-Out late?
Yes, late Check-In is possible.

Apartments are required to be vacated by 10:00hrs. Late Check-Out is subject to availability and “Keeping of apartment charges” are applicable.

What is your smoking policy?
All apartments are non-smoking. Guests are advised to smoke outdoors or in the common garden. Smoking, Vaping (Electronic Cigarettes) or any other form in the apartments / building, will result in immediate termination of your stay at Quayside Apartments, Malta and an additional charges will be applied if the room is not aired in time for the next guest and / or guest requests to be relocated. Charges might also be applied to your debit/credit card or invoiced, if we realise that you have smoked indoors after departure.

How many restaurants and bars do you have?
We don't have any bars or restaurants. Apartments are available on Self-Catering bases. However, there are numerous catering establishments within the vicinity of Quayside Apartments.

On a final note

Parties, gatherings and / or rowdy behavior are prohibited. Respecting guests and neighbours, noise levels are to be kept to a minimum. Violation of these, will result in immediate termination of your stay at Quayside Apartments, Malta.
